Tried + True
Adam Iannazzo, BS, MPT, PT is the founder of Tried + True Physio and is an avid runner, Yogi and Golfer. He graduated from Notre Dame College in 2002 in Manchester NH but quickly moved to the beautiful city of San Diego to escape the Northeast winters.
Adam’s primary goal is to keep all athletes active in the sports they love without injury and believes that the sooner an athlete is evaluated and instructed in how to do their chosen sport safely, the less likely an injury will occur.
It is the fact that up to 75% of all runners get injured and 80% of all those injuries are in new runners is the spark that made him create Feats of Strength.
“I look forward to working with you all and together we can stay injury free!”
