Before seeing Adam, I had been dealing with hip and glute discomfort since running a half marathon back in October. By February l had been to a number of different PTs, ART specialists, and acupuncturists with very little progress. In extreme discomfort and feeling desperate while on a work trip, I messaged Adam for some help. He gave me a couple of things to do in my hotel room to help the pain and it was almost instant relief! When I saw Adam a few months later, he was the first PT of many to correctly pinpoint the pain and get me back on the right track!

I was reached out to Adam in desperation after a running injury that was hindering my training, my work and my sleep. I was referred to him by my brother, who raved on about how this man helped bring him to full recovery after a bad ankle injury. My brother boasted gloriously about Adam and his knowledge of of kinesiology, and physical therapy, that when I contacted him I was under the impression that this therapist sounded too good to be true.
Turns out, my brother was right. Adam spent time assessing my complaints, talking to me with care and compassion all the while analyzing the problem areas. His current knowledge of Physical Therapy trumps the old “here’s a theraband, now go do some clamshells and make sure you R.I.C.E! I’ll see you back for 15 more sessions!”
With the knowledge of my injury that Adam shared with me during our initial session, and again in a very detailed post visit summary, I have been able to recover, and accomplish my goal of completing a marathon. Adam taught me how to move safely and without pain, how to treat my pain without damaging my stomach and liver with anti-inflammatory medicine, and how to exercise to continue on with my active lifestyle while still strengthening areas of weakness. I recommend Adam to anyone seeking a great Physical Therapist, and I will continue to recommend and speak of him as someone who truly understands and cares about health, fitness and the overall wellbeing of those who seek his guidance.

I’m so grateful to have found an honest and upfront PT who understands my lifestyle as a professional athlete performer. Adam is an athlete as well, and that is such an important quality for a physical therapist. He has helped me work through a few minor injuries from a functional and structural point of view. He goes straight to the site of injury, addresses the pain, offers exercises and a pain management strategy for a quick recovery. As an athlete, I don’t want to be told to stop, I want to be told a better way to keep moving. I feel each time I leave his office, I have learned valuable information to help me continue working safely and efficiently!

D1 Athlete
My name is Elena I am a former D1 athlete, now turned crossfitter. My knee has been bothering me chronically for some time so I had Adam evaluate it. I went in thinking that I wouldn’t have much that could help my knee, but Adam was so supportive and knowledgeable about different ways I can manage my injury. I really appreciate his point of view and I think it is unlike many of the physical therapists that you will see today. His skill set and type of practice can help a lot of people in pain!
